The 19-inch aluminum wheel was developed in cooperation with "BBS," a partner brand of the ADAC Nuerburgring 24-Hour Race. In contrast to conventional casts shaped by filling molds with molten aluminum, this is a forged product made from a material called billet which is heated up to approximately 450 degree C, and pressed into a metallic mold with a force of at least 4 tons (4000 kg) per square centimeter to create a shape. This ensures a dense metallographic structure, and allows us to manufacture durable high-performance wheels without increasing their weight. (Weight: Approximately 11 kg per wheel)
